Libraries can be recognized by the
image.png
⁠
icon and are central ways to make information accessible to all projects and users with access to it.

Creating a library

Create a new project using the
image.png
⁠
icon in the home page and give it a name.
Click the
image.png
⁠
icon of the newly created project.
Enable “This is a library” using the
image.png
⁠
icon.
You can “Enable library by default” to always include it when users use the Search function for components.

What can you include in a library

A library provides access to the following items:
Product Reference to a product in the library for use in calculations and components.
Component ​Reference to a component in the library for use in calculations and components.
Calculation ​Reference to a calculation in the library to use as a template for new calculations.
